Your key responsibilities as a SAP S/4HANA IS Retail Consultant include:
- Technical Solutions - Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop plans for solutions.
- Incident Resolution - Provide expertise in resolving incidents as part of a Level 3/4 expert team.
- Interface Optimization - Supervise and optimize interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Partner Coordination - Coordinate with partners for system operations and integrations.
- ChaRM Processes - Autonomously handle ChaRM processes (SAP Transport Management with SAP SolMan).
- Testing and Documentation - Conduct functional and integration tests and assist in documenting enhancements and knowledge transfer.
- Stakeholder Support - Implement and support knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Academic degree or relevant training in Information Technologies.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA IS Retail (at least 5 years)
- Proficiency in SAP IS Retail article listing and assortment management.
- Excellent English language skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Basic knowledge in custom configuration of Fiori applications/ABAP Workbench and SAP authorization management.
- Familiarity with IT service management methodologies or experience in agile/hybrid IT project management.
