We are seeking a highly skilled Maklerbetreuer (w/m/d) to join our team at VHV Gruppe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the Baugewerbe sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized, written, and telephone-based service-oriented advice, acquisition support, and customer care to sales partners with a focus on the Baugewerbe sector, ensuring a high level of professional expertise through on-site visits and annual meetings.
- Deliver in-depth product and sales approach training to sales partners and clients.
- Engage in market research and public relations activities with sales partners and clients in the Baugewerbe sector.
- Conduct risk assessments and find suitable insurance products for sales partners in response to new business inquiries and ongoing contracts.
- Develop and implement measures to promote existing business relationships, maintain customer loyalty, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate closely with all departments at VHV Gruppe to drive sales and customer growth in the Baugewerbe sector.
- Qualifications in insurance and finance, insurance broker, or business administration, law, or civil engineering.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the commercial sector, high-level expertise in building and guarantee insurance, and knowledge of the broker market and insurance brokers.
- Business acumen and knowledge of the regional building market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
