Lead SAP ABAP Specialist

- As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant, you will take charge of analyzing and optimizing commercial business workflows for our clients, ensuring seamless integration within their SAP environments.
- Your role will encompass the ongoing enhancement of the system architecture as well as the development of interfaces.
- Execute development tasks as an SAP ABAP Developer within a dynamic project framework.
- In your capacity as a Senior Consultant, you will engage in exciting S/4 HANA initiatives and may have the opportunity to lead certain projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior consultants on various assignments, delegating tasks effectively.
- Continuously refine and innovate SAP solutions for our clients using ABAP and ABAP OO, crafting tailored solutions that extend beyond standard SAP offerings.
- A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in ABAP, ABAP-OO, and ODATA.
- Involvement in at least 3 comprehensive end-to-end projects.
- Fundamental technical knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, SD, and/or MM is advantageous.
- Ability to swiftly and independently grasp new processes and technologies.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented, independent, structured, and collaborative approach to work, impressing clients and colleagues alike.
- A strong understanding of processes that extend beyond your immediate responsibilities, characterized by excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a confident, client-focused demeanor.
