About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Sales Partner to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our customers in the banking industry to identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion in the DACH Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Finance executives and stakeholders to understand their business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels.
  • Collaborate with our team of business specialists to create and close opportunities to extend our platform.
  • Provide innovative solutions to help banks achieve their strategic and transformational goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of overachieving targets.
  • Strong network of connections with Bank Finance executives in the DACH Region.
  • Consultative approach to selling, with hands-on project experience.
  • Proven skills in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English, enabling seamless business conduct.
