Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge frontend solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality frontend codebases using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement responsive web applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks, and apply this knowledge to improve our development processes and tools.
  • Lead by example and mentor junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Contribute to the development of our frontend tech stack and ensure that it remains aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer, with a strong background in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React and Angular, and experience with building responsive web applications.
  • Strong understanding of testing, debugging, and deployment techniques for web applications.
  • Experience with building RESTful web services and processing JSON data.
  • Practical experience with API Layer is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with version management using Git.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
