Expert Coating Solution Hydrogen

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize a Hydrogen solution portfolio with strong value propositions and unique selling points in line with the company strategy.
  • Build up and maintain a Hydrogen solution roadmap to close identified gaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Define specifications and support the development of novel coating solutions for electrochemical applications in collaboration with customers and R&D teams.
  • Provide and support marketing information, including data sheets, solution flyers, and web page content.
  • Support customer projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Identify, build-up, characterize, and maintain a set of coating technologies for electrochemical applications, including own and competitor technologies.
  • Understand concepts and characteristics of coating equipment for the application of coatings on electrochemical subassemblies.

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in material science and/or coating technologies.
  • University degree in material science or physics.
  • Broad understanding of industrial coating technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of electrolyzers and fuel cells is highly desirable.
  • Profound understanding of corrosion, conductivity, and isolation mechanisms.
  • Project and product management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language; German skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
