About the Role

The Franchise Head Dermatology is responsible for leading all aspects of dermatology within UCB Germany. This involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and patient value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and payers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experience and drive business results.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams to drive business growth and patient value.
  • Act as a member of the Immunology Leadership Team to shape the future of immunology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic planning, prioritization, target setting, and tracking skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the health ecosystem and German pharma market, ideally with experience in immunology/dermatology.
  • Curiosity and courage to innovate and drive business growth.
