Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to lead our team in delivering complex geotechnical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of geotechnical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Geotechnical Engineering: Lead and coordinate geotechnical investigations, assessments, and design activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are compliant with company policies and procedures.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in project management.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in geotechnical software such as GGU Retain/Stability/SS-Flow2D.
• Personal Qualities: High level of autonomy, teamwork, and responsibility, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
