Pictet, a leading independent wealth and asset manager, is seeking a Financial Risk Manager to strengthen its European Risk team. As a key member of the Risk & Compliance department, you will contribute to the management of BPAG's risk profile and the development of its risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the measurement and modelling of financial risks and non-financial risks.
  • Develop and maintain the Bank's risk framework as a continuous management steering tool.
  • Provide integrated risk reporting to the Bank's governing bodies, including stress test results for relevant risk exposures.
  • Contribute to the Bank's ICAAP, pillar 3 and recovery planning annual review cycles.
  • Maintain and perform the Bank's stress testing programme for ICAAP and recovery planning purposes.
  • Contribute to risk analysis when launching new products/services from a financial risk perspective.
  • Perform regulatory watches and stay abreast of market best practices concerning financial risk.
Requirements
  • University degree in finance or science (engineering, mathematics, etc.) or qualification deemed equivalent.
  • CFA, FRM or equivalent post-grad would be an advantage.
  • At least five years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with quantitative risk management approaches would be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of EU banking regulation.
  • Fluency in German and/or English, French would be a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Front Arena, Business Objects, RiskPro and Tableau would be an advantage.
