About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PLSH Personal-Logistik-Service Heilbronn GmbH. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
• Manage inventory levels and track shipments to ensure accurate delivery
• Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations

Requirements:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik (Completed education in the field of logistics)
• Erste Berufserfahrung als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) bzw. Disponent (m/w/d) (First work experience as a freight coordinator or dispatcher)
• Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationsfähigkeit (Negotiation skills and organizational abilities)
• Gutes Zahlenverständnis (Good understanding of numbers)
• Selbstsicheres und verbindliches Auftreten (Confident and reliable demeanor)
