Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Project Manager to join our team. As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating software projects from requirement gathering to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and coordination: From requirement gathering to implementation, you will steer projects in terms of content and time.
  • Team building and management: You will assemble and manage successful teams at our company and with our partners.
  • Analyzing requirements and estimating costs: Together with your team and our customers, you will develop well-founded analyses and realistic cost estimates.
  • Project plans and roadmaps: You will create and maintain plans and roadmaps in an agile or hybrid setup, always in line with the overarching structures of our customers.
  • Risk management: You will identify risks early on and implement corresponding measures, communicating clearly and effectively with all parties involved.
  • Accounting and budget control: You are responsible for accurate accounting and budget management of projects, ensuring that all costs are transparent and within limits.
Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Education and Qualifications: Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in leading and coordinating software projects, preferably in the field of software services.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of requirements and project management, as well as agile project environments.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and team skills, high customer orientation.
  • Work Style: Independent and structured work style, ability to maintain an overview even under pressure.
  • Financial Competence: Experience in project accounting and budget management.
