Job Responsibilities- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Process invoices from suppliers, including filing
- Manage document storage and retrieval
- Prepare financial reports and decision-making documents for management
- Maintain customer records, including new customer setup and appointment scheduling
- Retrieve credit information from credit agencies
- Submit reports to the state statistics office
- Verify customer credit limits with our credit insurer
- Perform general accounting tasks
- Process incoming mail
- Verify, inspect, and count incoming invoices
- Record invoices in the invoice register
- Monitor and control ongoing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct regular account reconciliations
- Manage customer accounts and debt collection
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation
- Practical experience in financial and accounting processes
- Familiarity with DATEV Unternehmen Online is desirable
- Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Quick understanding and a meticulous, careful, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork and customer orientation
- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking
- Interpersonal skills are expected
