Join Our Team as an Automotive Tester

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Tester to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH in Wolfsburg. As an Automotive Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of hardware-related software in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test various software versions directly in the vehicle or on test stands
  • Verify and evaluate user requirements for testability
  • Record and evaluate vehicle data (traces) and create error tickets
  • Analyze and document test results and evaluate them with relevant departments
  • Coordinate with software developers and suppliers

Requirements:
  • Completed education or training in electrical engineering, computer science, automotive mechatronics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of vehicle bus systems (ODIS, CAN, CANoe, etc.)
  • Desirable: ISTQB Certified Tester qualification
  • Experience in vehicle diagnosis
  • Experience in developing and/or testing hardware-related software is a plus
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
