Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Ingenieur Prozessoptimierung für unsere Fertigung, um unsere Produktionsprozesse zu verbessern und unsere Effizienz zu steigern.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Projektmanagement für Prozessverbesserungen
  • Analyse von Optimierungspotenzialen in der Produktion
  • Unterstützung des operativen Teams durch Lean- und Six-Sigma-Analysen
  • Verbesserung der Prozessdatenerfassung und -stabilität
  • Umsetzung von Termin- und Ergebnisorientierung in Projektbearbeitungen

Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studienbereichs
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt oder Black Belt)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsunternehmen
  • Eigeninitiative und Mobilität sowie analytische Persönlichkeit
