Job Description
As a Healthcare Assistant Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and assistance to patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assisting patients with mobility and transferring them safely.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs, such as pulse, blood pressure, and breathing rate.
- Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care tasks, such as administering medications and changing wound dressings.
- Performing housekeeping tasks in patient rooms and on the ward.
- Assisting with documentation and organization of patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Empathy and a willingness to work with people.
- A good high school education (9th grade) and good physical health.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Interest in medicine and healthcare.
