At VistaJet, we are seeking an exceptional Flight Operations Coordinator to join our Client Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing private aviation business.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to provide support to our clients by handling flight bookings, maintaining flight information, and communicating with clients on operational restrictions and alternative options. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each flight is tailor-made to the client's needs, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with other departments to achieve this goal.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle flight bookings and maintain accurate flight information
  • Proactively communicate with clients on operational restrictions and offer suitable alternative options
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients on all aspects of their flight
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Monitor changes such as CTOT, Slots, diversion, and re-route or re-plan as necessary to achieve the best possible outcome for the client
  • Take ownership of high-profile clients and flights, ensuring that these flights have the utmost priority and focus
  • Organize daily flights and coordinate with the Tactical team

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Business Aviation environment. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure. Your experience should include handling difficult situations, ensuring seamless customer service, and being proactive in solving problems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
