As a Demand Planner, you will be part of our EMEA team located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and collaborate with colleagues from all around the globe.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing analyses and decision options based on historical sales behavior, performing monthly analyses of country demand forecasting, and analyzing the application of statistical forecasts. You will also lead monthly demand review meetings on affiliate and country level to challenge local demand forecasts and review forecast KPIs.

In addition, you will be responsible for constantly improving forecast quality and accuracy, monitoring and reporting significant changes in demand forecasting, and maintaining relevant material and master data in our demand planning system Anaplan and ERP system SAP.

You will also train and support countries in global planning, the country demand planners in the S&OP process, and Anaplan, while ensuring overall adherence to general demand planning rules.

To improve our supply chain performance indicators and monitor and control performance, you will develop, create, and control relevant reports and KPIs. Additionally, you will identify process and system improvements and initiate and realize improvement projects or activities.

We expect you to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent, and at least 2 years' experience in demand or supply planning, ideally in a multinational company. You should have strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working.

You will also need advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and experience with SAP (MM/SD) is a plus. The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, efficiently manage time and yourself, and effectively partner with business partners on all organization levels and build trusted business relationships is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English are required. You should be a team player with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of customer and business orientation.
