About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our team at MAGIX Software. As a key member of our customer-centric CRM team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our CRM strategy to maximize revenue and profit through effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Improve CRM Roadmap: Collaborate with senior CRM management to develop and continuously improve the CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive Database Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive database growth, partnering with relevant teams such as Martech, Data, and Product Marketing.
  • Implement Customer Communication Channels: Scope and lead the implementation of new customer communication channels and improvements to existing ones, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop Data-Driven Customer Journeys: Design and implement data-driven customer journeys across various stages of the user lifecycle, maximizing customer engagement and retention.
  • Implement A/B Testing Strategies: Collaborate with the data and martech team to implement A/B testing strategies, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Perform In-Depth Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis for relevant customer segments and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement Personalization Strategies: Scope and implement personalization strategies for MAGIX within CRM, ensuring tailored customer experiences.
Requirements
  • CRM Experience: Proven experience in using CRM platforms such as Emarsys or Salesforce, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data (SQL skills a plus) and make recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Centricity: Strong focus on customer centricity, with a keen eye on business metrics such as revenue and profit.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate strategy and vision to stakeholders.
  • Can-Do Mentality: A proactive and results-driven individual with a can-do mentality, able to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • KPI-Driven: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
