We are seeking a skilled Campaign Management Specialist to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Campaign Management team, you will be responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display and video. This role is critical to the success of our campaigns and is directly responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery.
In addition to managing campaigns, this position will support the launch of the Sales System Globalisation project in the German market. This role is based in London and will report directly to the Campaign Management Team Lead in Germany.
The German Campaign Management team is part of the Global Campaign Management team that also includes the UK, France, Italy, Spain, and the US, and sits within the Commercial organisation. Campaign Management partners closely with Digital Media Strategy, Global Monetisation Strategy, Ad Platforms and Condé Nast Ad Studio teams, and plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the setup and execution of programmatic and direct campaigns for our customers across display, mobile and video channels.
* Support the campaign management team in their daily tasks such as availability requests, creating campaign evaluations and reporting.
* Mediate amongst the individual departments, such as Sales, Digital Media Strategy, Project Management, Creatives and client partners.
* Support the launch of our new Sales System Globalization Project (SSG):
* Onboarding and adoption of new system, workflow and processes.
Requirements:
* At least 6 months of Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience.
* Excellent communication skills, and the ability to self-prioritise tasks.
* Experience with Excel, comfortable with organising data.
* English language fluency, with German language beneficial.
