This role presents an excellent opportunity to step in as a Sustainability Program Manager, where you will hold significant responsibilities within a rapidly expanding organization at the forefront of ESG advancements. As a key member of our dedicated ESG team, you will offer expert guidance on ESG matters and assist our clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

We are actively seeking candidates with expertise in various areas, including:

  • Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) / European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
  • Double Materiality Assessment
  • EU Taxonomy (KPI calculations)
  • Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR)
  • Carbon accounting
  • ESG data management / software solutions
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., ESG consultancy, ESG analysis, sustainability management)
  • Proven experience in advising senior stakeholders on ESG and sustainability reporting standards
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical capabilities, results-oriented, and a solution-focused approach
