We are seeking a highly skilled Kubernetes Engineer to join our team

About the Job

As a Kubernetes Engineer at USU Solutions DACH, you will play a key role in the continued development of our Kubernetes environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimizing and implementing container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Supporting the expansion and maintenance of our cloud platform
  • Collaborating with development teams to develop efficient ways to deploy and operate our software solutions
  • Improving existing solutions in areas such as security, monitoring, and backups

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in application management and Kubernetes deployment
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, GitOps, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience with Rancher and ArgoCD (ideally)
  • Very good language skills in German & English
  • Basic programming skills (e.g. in Bash, Python or Go)
  • Experience with Linux
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
