Your Role: Service & Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced assembly systems for clients both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional tests on automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during system installation, maintenance, and operation.
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for all service activities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Provide expert training and support to our valued clients on the proper use and maintenance of our automation systems.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, or Automotive Mechatronics.
• Proven experience in the setup, commissioning, and technical support of assembly systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• A self-motivated and organized individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in English is essential for international communication.
