Associate Esports Project Coordinator

Our Esports team plays a pivotal role in designing and bringing to life exceptional esports products for the community. They contribute to creating experiences that resonate with users and elevate the world of esports.

As an Associate Esports Project Coordinator, you'll be part of our Esports Leadership team responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the company's esports strategy and operational plan. The ideal candidate will be based in the CET time zone and report directly to our SVP of Game Ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic projects set out by the Esports leadership team.
  • Create KPI reporting sheets and build processes to populate them with cross-organizational stakeholders.
  • Manage KPI tracking, focusing on events calendar, financial performance, viewership targets, and fan participation at live events.
  • Support and lead the creation of presentations and documentation for key internal meetings, such as EFG and Esports Town Halls, Leadership meetings, and offsites.
  • Outreach for reporting needs to key stakeholders across the business, collecting information on internal KPIs and esports-related projects, products, or innovation tasks.
  • Perform various ad-hoc supportive tasks for the Esports Leadership team, including documentation, strategic roadmaps, business plans, and other key initiatives.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Previous experience as an Associate Special Projects or Assistant to a leadership team or individual.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite of digital office products, such as Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Ability to digest and understand reports across various reporting software, such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to manage information flow in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, gaming, and esports.
