We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage payroll-related tasks, including salary payments, social security contributions, and taxes;
• Participate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers;
• Ensure the administration and payment of supplementary pensions;
• Implement prevailing labor, social security, and fiscal laws;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR-administration related processes;
• Prepare and follow up on personnel budgets;
• Provide personnel cost-related elements for accounting closings;
• Liaise with external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or similar qualification;
• Strong basis of accounting, including payroll accounting, provisions, budgeting, and cost accounting;
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems (Educos and SuccessFactors) is an asset;
• Excellent Excel skills;
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
