Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at DIS AG in Potsdam. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Abgeschlossene kauffachliche Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Steuerfachangestellte/n)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Kenntnisse in der Jahresabschluss- und Wirtschaftsplanerstellung
- Sehr gute digitale Kompetenzen, sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel etc.), idealerweise auch im SAP-System
- Kenntnisse der Steuergesetze sowie HGB/BGB erforderlich
