Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychology Expert to join our team at E SE. As a key member of our leadership learning team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable interventions in different formats, ensuring that our leadership learning journey is aligned with external best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize business-relevant content into executable learning experiences
  • Design and deliver scalable interventions in different formats
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in learning and development
  • Assign and manage learning providers and internal or external guest speakers
  • Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation
  • Ensure engagement of all stakeholders, incl. targeted communication measures
  • Partner with Global L&D colleagues to achieve implementation of the global leadership development agenda

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Business Psychology, or similar
  • At least 5 years professional experience
  • Experience in designing and evaluating leadership learning interventions
  • Excellent strategic planning and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
