About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects in the field of infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity and success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Fluency in German language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
