Deine Rolle

Als Growth Marketing Manager bei Purpose Green bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Marketing- und Vertriebsprozesse. Du wirst uns dabei helfen, unsere Präsenz im Markt zu stärken und unsere Kunden zu binden.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Implementiere und verwalte unser HubSpot-CRM, um Leads zu generieren und Kunden zu binden.
  • Analysiere Kunden- und Lead-Daten, um wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Definiere und verfolge KPIs, um den Erfolg unserer Marketinginitiativen zu messen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Setze Marketing-Automation ein, um effiziente und personalisierte Kundenkommunikation zu ermöglichen.
  • Optimiere unsere Website und Marketing-Funnels, um die Conversion-Rate zu steigern.
  • Analysiere den Markt und die Konkurrenz, um neue Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren.
  • Arbeite eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen, um die Lead-Generierung und -Qualifizierung zu optimieren.
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung: mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • Akademischer Hintergrund: Abschluss in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrung mit HubSpot: Du verfügst über tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung und Nutzung von HubSpot, insbesondere im Bereich CRM, Marketing-Automatisierung und Lead-Management.
  • Erfahrung mit LinkedIn Business Manager
  • Analytisches Denken: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und der Erstellung von Berichten zur Optimierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsprozessen mit.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge: Du hast bereits erfolgreiches Wachstum durch innovative Marketingstrategien in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld erreicht.
  • Hands-on Mentalität: Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte.
  • Fachkenntnisse in Marketing-Tools: Du bist vertraut mit Marketing-Analyse-Tools wie Google Analytics, Marketing-Automatisierungsplattformen und CRM-Systemen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Schreibfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch, um ansprechende Inhalte zu erstellen.
