Business Operations Consultant

Luxcargo Handling S.A., a subsidiary of the Cargolux group, is looking for an experienced professional to join their operations team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, with experience in gathering requirements and designing operational solutions. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and concerns;
  • Translating business problem statements into clear functional requirements;
  • Creating specification documents and ensuring approval from relevant stakeholders;
  • Defining and executing functional and non-functional test scenarios;
  • Providing training support and coaching trainers for final users' training sessions;
  • Supporting key users during UAT and deployment activities;
  • Enabling effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, be able to adjust communication to different groups of stakeholders, and collaborate with teams on the shop floor, IT engineers, program managers, and senior leadership.
