Oppizi is a leading offline performance marketing company that specializes in multi-channel campaigns. Our technology enables tracking, scaling, and optimizing flyering campaigns across various channels, including Hand-to-Hand, Door-to-Door, Direct Mail, Door Hangers, and Sampling.
We operate in ten countries, including Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada, and work with prominent clients such as Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and others.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced City Operations Manager to oversee all operations in the Leipzig Area, including the city of Dresden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting our operational cities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and motivate our operational cities in Dresden and Leipzig, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to our Brand Ambassadors (BA).
- Campaign Coordination: Liaise and coordinate campaigns to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Data Management: Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics, achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Logistics and Compliance: Organize logistics between cities, work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliant, and ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Recruit, conduct interviews, and oversee Brand Ambassadors (BA) levels in each city.
- Technology Development: Support and assist technology development to improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the Head of Operations of Germany to determine values and missions, and maintain open communication with internal and external teams.
- Language Skills: Good writing and oral skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in Operations.
- Education: University degree in Business or a similar field.
- Soft Skills: Active relationship builder, adaptable, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Right to work in Germany, entrepreneurial spirit, experience with a strong growth mindset, and experience managing a team of contractors or employees on multiple projects simultaneously.
