Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient production workflows and effective work organization
• Develop and implement staffing schedules
• Provide training and guidance to employees
• Ensure timely product availability
• Oversee the setup and operation of injection molding machines
• Manage material flow and production tools
• Maintain quality standards
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in plastic injection molding
• Leadership experience preferred
• Quality-focused and team-oriented
• Proficient in SAP, Q-DAS, Excel, and Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in German
