Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Safety Specialist in Leadership Position, you will be responsible for the strategic and economic development of safety technology in our health centers in Regensburg, Ingolstadt, and Amberg.
You will create customized concepts for our clients and implement them in collaboration with our teams.
You will lead and manage the team leaders in the safety technology department at our three locations.
You will be responsible for personnel and resource planning internally and in the context of customer projects.
You will be responsible for the professional development, training, and further education of your team members and will integrate new employees into the team.
You will advise companies on specific issues related to occupational safety and health.
You will identify new opportunities for customer acquisition in your area.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree as a master craftsman, technician, or a university degree as an engineer or master in a technical or natural science field.
- You are a qualified safety expert for the exercise of activities according to the Occupational Safety Act.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of occupational safety and health.
- You have experience as a leader and a self-image of healthy leadership.
- You have business knowledge and an affinity for numbers.
- You are decision-making, communicative, and motivated.
- You are a pioneer in the development of the BAD System Service and live healthy leadership through trust, development, and appreciation.
