Job Title: IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at ETA Personal GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our software and hardware infrastructure, as well as the communication network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Windows servers and network infrastructures
  • Manage and optimize the entire IT infrastructure of the firm
  • Support and develop deployed software solutions, particularly in tax consultancy software and accounting tools
  • Monitor network security and implement IT security measures
  • Automate IT processes and improve workflows both internally and for clients
  • Provide technical support for staff on IT-related questions and technical issues
  • Offer technical support to clients regarding IT inquiries
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor)
  • Practical experience in IT administration and maintenance
  • Knowledge of tax consultancy software DATEV
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server)
  • Familiarity with network administration (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions
  • Independent and structured working style, with strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of teamwork, communication skills, and pronounced service orientation
  • Ideal experience with IT security solutions and their implementation
  • Good language skills in German (min. C1) and ideally in Dutch
