Real Estate Sector Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Real Estate sector in Munich. The successful candidate will be a member of our senior management team and will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and sustainability of our business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Real Estate sector in Munich, driving growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and achieve company goals.
- Manage a local team and direct reports, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
- Develop and execute business development plans to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant technical and leadership experience overseeing major construction projects or programs.
- Recognized university degree.
- Experience managing commissions effectively and efficiently.
- Consulting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
- German and English proficiency is a must.
