About this Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at HARIBO's CityShop in Montabaur, Germany. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the store's inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Process customer transactions, handle returns, and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and product launches to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
- Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
- Aptitude for sales and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant retail experience an asset.
