Salary

We offer an attractive remuneration package for our Barkeepers, commensurate with industry standards. The estimated salary is around €35,000-€45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Barkeeper to join our team at the newly opened Munich Marriott City West. As a Barkeeper, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

  • You will have an eye on bar trends and bring your creative ideas to the table to inspire our guests every day.
  • You will master the classics as well as the latest trend cocktails, applying exciting and stirring techniques.
  • You will successfully put creative and innovative bar concepts into practice.
  • You will regularly provide content for our marketing team through social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a comparable position.
  • International experience is an advantage.
  • A strong sense of quality and high standards in everything you do.
  • An ability to implement new trends with great creativity.
  • A winning appearance, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality.
