Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Applikationsingenieur, der sich auf Embedded Software und Kundenkontakt spezialisiert hat. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Konfiguration und Integration unserer Vector Embedded Produkte und bringst dein Spezialwissen in internationalen Projekten ein.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Befähigung von Kunden in der Anwendung unserer Embedded-Produkte
  • Weiterentwicklung des Service-Portfolios für produktnahe Dienstleistungen
  • Coaching der Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail, in Remote-Sessions oder vor Ort
Deine Voraussetzungen
  • Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technisch versierten Kunden
  • Programmierkenntnisse mit C und/oder C++ in Embedded Systems
  • Kenntnisse in AUTOSAR (Classic und/oder Adaptive), Linux oder vergleichbaren Betriebssystemen wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
