Job Overview

CS GROUP is seeking a skilled Configuration Manager to ensure the consistency of product configuration throughout its life cycle. This includes handling national and international projects, implementing configuration management processes, and collaborating closely with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement knowledge management and software knowledge management rules and processes
  • Manage product information and delivery to meet business requirements
  • Plan, control, and implement knowledge management activities to support product configuration
  • Define knowledge management interfaces to facilitate collaboration
  • Conduct configuration management audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Analyze metrics and trends to inform product configuration decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, aerospace, or industrial engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in configuration management
  • Knowledge of SAP and SAP PLM/Windchill PLM
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
