About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at WebID. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and banners.
  • Design and edit graphics, images, and other visual content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external events.
  • Support the maintenance of our global media database.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous marketing experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure, hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills.
