Your Role as a Wind Turbine Electronics Technician
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in keeping wind turbines running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Replacing major components such as gearboxes, generators, transformers, rotor blades, and main bearings at various wind farm sites.
- Utilizing specialized tools and techniques for the assembly and disassembly of wind turbine components.
- Operating cranes with radio communication to safely lift and position heavy equipment.
- Commissioning hydraulic and electrical systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Performing routine inspections and repairs to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Your Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician or a related field.
- Prior experience in wind turbine assembly or major component replacement is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license (minimum Class B).
- Strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to travel to various project locations.
