Join Our Digitalization Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Digitalization team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by driving process improvements and contributing to the development of new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new tools and processes to improve digital development roadmaps
  • Support stakeholders in adapting to new processes and provide training and guidance as needed
  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials and discuss changes and improvement ideas with users
  • Execute migration tasks and tool onboardings
  • Support the team with additional administrative tasks, such as creating training materials and drafting presentations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a related field
  • Relevant work experience in communication, digitalization, consulting, project, or process management
  • Excellent visualization and Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or design skills in Figma or Sketch are a plus
