Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our team in Oberhausen. As a Recruiting Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating detailed candidate profiles for open IT positions
  • Conducting research and identifying potential clients and business partners
  • Analyzing market trends and requirements in IT recruitment
  • Maintaining and updating candidate and client information in our database

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current or completed degree in Human Resources or Business
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Organizational talent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in recruitment
  • Ability to understand and improve processes
