Job Title: Field Service Technician

Our client is a pioneering company driving the transformation of traffic and mobility towards a more sustainable future. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in shaping this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out commissioning, maintenance, and modernization projects to ensure seamless operations.
  • Independently perform maintenance work and repairs, analyzing causes of malfunctions to provide effective solutions.
  • Execute and oversee agreed-upon services outlined in service orders, contributing to development projects at the Pulheim branch near Cologne.
  • Document all tasks completed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Primarily conduct on-site work at customer locations, utilizing the company car for personal use when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, with a state-certified technician or higher degree being advantageous.
  • Possession of a class 3/B driving license, with class 2/C being a plus.
  • Confident and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers, with proficiency in spoken and written German and good English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to travel.
