Your Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project and construction management efforts in Stuttgart. As a key player, you'll oversee various projects, from small to large-scale, within the biopharma and life sciences industry. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall construction performance, ensuring EHS, financial, schedule, and quality performance for large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry.
  • Lead the Exyte construction organization on site, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Define construction execution plans, sequences, and schedules for projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Monitor and participate in project risk identification and mitigation plan development, ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Ensure corporate procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Be a visible, positive, and encouraging example for project team members, providing guidance and motivation to drive success.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences) and EPC construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and methodologies.
  • Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization.
