We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Compass Group Deutschland.

Your Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and presentation to high standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Conference service and event support, including setup and coordination.
- Dishwashing and cleaning activities to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- HACCP and monitoring to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Light administrative tasks, including inventory management and goods receipt control.
Your Profile:
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience in the kitchen and/or communal catering is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- A culinary or housekeeping education is an asset, but not a requirement.
- You are a team player with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- You have good knowledge of German in writing and speaking, as well as basic PC skills in MS Office.
