Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer to join our dynamic Billing team at Lumenaza GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development process, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development process within the team, driving innovation and improvement
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Ensure high-quality code, adhering to best practices and standards
  • Communicate technical solutions and drive best practices across the company
  • Collaborate with the team lead and product owner to develop architectural options

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in Python and Django
  • Experience with distributed, microservices-based systems and Celery
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React
  • Fluency in English
