We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying our HRIS system internationally.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape and roll out our digital system landscape across international markets. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop an international rollout strategy and execute the plan accordingly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting 1KOMMA5° in Germany and international markets in a smooth transition to our digital system landscape.

  • Participating in the development of an international rollout strategy and creating a roadmap for the rollout.

  • Driving the implementation of the HRIS in Germany and international markets.

  • Guiding and supporting local project teams before and during the rollout.

  • Enabling local teams to transition from their current ways of working to our standardized 1KOMMA5° way of working.

  • Ensuring minimal disruption to running business.

  • Making user acceptance of the HRIS tool a top priority.

  • Ensuring rollouts are completed within predefined budgets and deadlines.

  • Recognizing and resolving local issues promptly to ensure a smooth rollout.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in computer science, technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification with proven experience in implementing HRIS software solutions.

  • Approximately 3-5 years of work experience in IT project management, in-house consulting, or a track record of relevant projects.

  • Proven experience in implementing and rolling out HRIS software solutions.

  • Experience in leading and realizing change within an organization.

  • A strong consulting mindset and natural training abilities.

  • The ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.

  • A high level of structure, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • The ability to work independently, creatively, and with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Project management qualifications are a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills, with any other European language being a plus.
