Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager / Store Leader to join our team at REWE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in our stores.
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
  • Collaborate with our merchandising and marketing teams to develop and execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in retail management, preferably in a similar role at a large retail company.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
