Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pflegefachkraft / Altenpfleger (m/w/d) to join our team at the Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft / Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • High level of social competence in interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
