Job Summary:

As the Service Director for Global Operations, you will be responsible for managing and developing the delivery of global service activities for our optical metrology business. This includes overseeing the implementation of efficient processes, managing global teams for customer interaction, field service, and remote support, and standardizing service training material, tool kits, and technical documentation globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global service strategies to drive revenue growth and lifecycle management.
  • Lead global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, including customer interaction, field service, and remote support.
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes within the service team and across cross-functional interfaces.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including major incident reviews and status tracking.
  • Standardize service training material, tool kits, and technical documentation globally.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in service delivery in a technical environment.
  • Technical or business administration degree.
  • Strong management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels.
  • Fluent in English.
